Michael Van der Abbeel is a stylist, entrepreneur and commercial developer. He founded Mosaic Hair Studio and Blowout Bar in Orlando, Florida, 20 years ago; today the business has two locations with a third under development, 56 employees and sales of more than $4 million annually. Mike is an avid traveler, Musicphile (especially 80s music and hair metal), guitarist and reader. He is involved in Toastmasters and enjoys food, wine and the great outdoors.
