Tax Policy
Negotiated group rates are not valid with, during, or in conjunction with other discount programs and are subject to change prior to reservation confirmation. Hotel tax is currently 14.02% and subject to change prior to arrival. Total charges presented on the website will include room and tax and will be subject to a discounted $10 Daily Resort Fee.

Bellman & Housekeeping Gratuity
In addition to the Resort fee and Tax Policy, a one-time $4.00 Bellman Gratuity Fee per room and a $2.00 Housekeeping daily fee per room will be charged to the individuals folios

Cancellation Policy
The hotel requires a 72-hour cancellation prior to the arrival date to avoid penalties. However, if the reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date, the guest will forfeit their deposit of the 1st night's room and tax. When booked within 3 days of arrival, the 1st night's room and tax deposit will be non-refundable.
