Her background is woven with a deep understanding of what it takes to build a strong salon culture, train successful teams, and navigate the fast-paced world of client demands and business operations. Now serving as the Manager of Client Education at Millennium Systems International, Melissa continues to work directly with salon and spa professionals—supporting their success through strategic education, thoughtful systems, and personalized coaching.
