Lisa Green joined JCPenney in February 2023 as vice president, divisional merchandise manager of Salon and Beauty. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of JCPenney’s Salon and Beauty merchandising strategies to create a compelling shopping destination for our customers within the newly-launched JCPenney Beauty.

Green brings more than 35 years of experience in the beauty industry to her role at JCPenney. As a senior beauty industry executive with demonstrated strengths in brand strategy and omnichannel sales, marketing, and merchandising, she has a track record of driving the growth of both flagship and emerging prestige brands, revitalizing underperforming brands and positioning them for successful acquisition, and growing retailer brand portfolios, sales performance, and penetration. Prior to JCPenney, she held leadership roles with Estee Lauder Companies, BeautyKind, Beauty Brands, Coty, LVMH, Unilever, among others.

Lisa loves to spend her free time with her husband, three kids, and her grandson traveling, trying new restaurants, and watching sports.
