Leilani’s experience as a successful independent stylist
and salon owner gives her deep insight into the salon
business and client interaction. In 2006, she became owner
of AurA Salon and Spa, overseeing day-to-day operations,
hiring and training staff, as well as marketing and sales.
Further training at Aveda Business College helped her
elevate AurA to one of the top salons in Reno, Nevada.

Her extensive experience as an artist and salon owner led
her to conceive of CLICS as a solution to the hair color
challenges faced by today’s busy salons. In 2011, she sold
her interest in AurA to pursue the CLICS opportunity.
