After joining the Gene Juarez team in 2020, Katie worked with the leadership team to create operational and financial efficiencies, identify opportunities to evolve the company culture and scale the brand in the PNW. Prior to Gene Juarez, Katie spent eight years helping to transform Rudy’s Barbershop from a Seattle staple to a bi-coastal brand with 25 locations in five states. As part of the leadership team at Rudy’s during this period of growth, Katie served as the Director of Operations and then CEO. Katie is a graduate of Western Washington University and Seattle University School of Law.
