Growing up with parents who were both stylists combined with earning two business degrees from Florida State University (Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management and Finance), Justin Gold has been able to take ‘good salons’ to award-winning levels. This includes capturing honors in the SALON TODAY 200 seven times.

Gold’s passion is helping companies grow to reach their full potential, breakthrough to the next level past their present ceiling, and bring their goals to fruition. His drive has led him to open a handful of businesses, all within the beauty industry.

He has taught a wide selection of classes on a variety of topics, including team building and motivation, team leadership, systems and procedures, the customer experience, closing the deal through relationships and retailing.

During the COVID shutdown and then again after the reopening of the salon industry, Justin was asked to present several different times for Salon Centric’s virtual Town Hall Zoom meetings, and he has given countless presentations across the country in a variety of industries. He has coached and consulted many hair, spa and nail salons in South Florida and has been recognized by Beauty Launchpad and Voyage Mia Magazine for being an up and coming entrepreneur.
