Jennifer Alvarez has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2002, a salon owner since 2016, and an educator. She has studied at the Redken Exchange in NYC and Vidal Sassoon Academy in London and has had the privilege of studying with several celebrity artists and business coaches. As the first recipient of the Leo Passage Award, she has won multiple photoshoot hair competitions, Beauty Changes Lives scholarships, and is a Salon Today 200 recipient. From traveling the US teaching with haircare companies to being a guest artist at beauty schools and salons, her experience and mentors have inspired her award-winning bridal company and salon. Jennifer's mission is to impact the beauty industry by empowering, inspiring, and educating others through her salon, podcast, Beauty Business Game-Changer, and educational workshops.
