Ginny Eramo, founder of INTERLOCKS® and a visionary leader in the beauty and wellness industry, has dedicated over three decades to shaping the salon and medspa landscape. Since opening INTERLOCKS in 1988, she has grown the business from a boutique salon, into a 7,000+ square-foot destination for luxury beauty, skin health, and medical aesthetic services, set against the picturesque backdrop of Newburyport MA, a seaside historic waterfront.

In 2023 Ginny transitioned her Salon’s leadership through succession planning, and she now places her full focus on MedSpa operations.

As the MedSpa Managing Director, Ginny leads a 15-member team specializing in clinical skincare and beauty services, including Botox®, Dermal Fillers, RF Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal, Skin Tightening, Chemical Peels, and more. Her focus on innovation, excellence, and compliance, ensures INTERLOCKS® MedSpa remains at the forefront of aesthetics, providing transformative results with the highest standards of care.

Beyond the beauty industry, she is an active philanthropist and advocate for small business commerce, lending her expertise and support to local non-profits and industry initiatives on a national level.
