Emily Brown serves as Chief Operating Officer of V’s Barbershop, where she has spent two decades helping grow the franchise into a nationally recognized men’s grooming brand with 60+ locations. She has spearheaded the company’s expansion into e-commerce and the development of a men’s grooming product line. Emily also serves as Vice President of the Board for The International Salon & Spa Business Network (ISBN), advocating for legislative change and advancing education within the men’s grooming industry.

A Colorado native, Emily earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in management from Mesa State College and an accountancy degree from Arizona State University. Her early career included leadership roles in the nonprofit sector with Childhelp USA and Make-A-Wish Arizona, as well as managing her family’s business, The Hogan Trading Post.

Now based in Colorado, Emily balances her professional commitments with raising her son, Rhett. She is actively involved in her community, serving on the Mancos RE-6 school board, supporting local initiatives, and enjoying mountain life with family and friends.
