Charles’ extensive tech background includes helping to build the Internet for the US military (MILNET) and the first commercial email service, MCI Mail. He later developed five Internet-centric businesses: a financial services company for events, an inventory system for vitamin retailers, an online media buying service, ISDN voice/data products, and the first commercial Internet VPN system for banks and ISPs.

In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Charles is a dedicated board member for Beauty Changes Lives, an organization focused on empowering and transforming the beauty industry. Today, he brings his exceptional technological and business expertise to CLICS, delivering innovation and improved economies to the salon industry.
